From this ... to this...
in just one week. We put the house on the market a day earlier (30 April), in three days we had 14 showings, and six offers. The house went into escrow the following Monday morning. 
As you can see, the house is pretty empty, two chairs, TV, and a bed. The appliances are staying with the house, so what won't fit in the 5th wheel will be going somewhere else. Once the the sale is closed, Carol and I are going to stay at Pachanga RV Resort for a couple of weeks while waiting to move into Santee Lakes for six months.
Oh ya, we are not going to retire in December this year... we decided to retire in September this year, that's right three months earlier.
